Mouser Electronics to Sponsor China Racing for Formula E Debut

The China Racing Formula-E Team has secured Mouser Electronics as a new sponsor for its debut season in the electric car series.

The team will compete in the international 2014/15 Formula E racing series, cialis professional built around all-electric cars, drugs starting September 13 in Beijing.

Mouser is sponsoring the China Racing Formula-E Team in partnership with its partners Molex and Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.

Team China Racing is the first national racing team authorized by the Ministry of Sports of China. Chinese racing sensation Ho-Pin Tung, a veteran of the international auto racing circuit, will be driving the Mouser-sponsored Spark-Renault SRT_01E which can go 0-60 in 3 seconds and has a top speed of 150 mph. PCG Entertainment to Sponsor British Driver Alex Buncombe in Australian V8 Supercars

PCG Entertainment Plc has announced it has become a personal partner for British racing driver and NISMO Athlete Alex Buncombe for three International Endurance races in the iconic Australian V8 Supercars Championship this Autumn.

IAAF Sign Major Extension with Dentsu Until 2029

The International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) has renewed their partnership with Dentsu Inc until 2029.

Dentsu will continue as the worldwide Commercial Partner of the IAAF for the IAAF World Athletics Series which includes the third-largest sporting event in the world, ampoule the biennial IAAF World Championships. The rights include all marketing and licensing rights worldwide and all media rights worldwide outside of Europe and Africa.

FINA Confirms OMEGA Partnership Extension

The International Swimming Federation (FINA) has renewed their partnership with Swiss watch manufacturer OMEGA through 2021.

This partnership dates back to 1973, asthma when OMEGA served as official timekeeper at the first edition of the FINA World Championships in Belgrade.  

The brand is also responsible for delivering the timekeeping at the FINA World Swimming Championships (25m), the FINA Swimming World Cup and the FINA Diving World Series as well as the FINA High Diving World Cup, which was held for the first time in 2014. OMEGA also delivers timekeeping and scoring services at the FINA World Junior Swimming Championships every two years.

Toshiba Becomes Founding Partner of Staples Center

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. has been named a “Founding Partner” and the Official Electronics Provider of STAPLES Center by AEG, owners of the downtown Los Angeles sports and entertainment arena. 

As the exclusive supplier of digital signage and displays for the arena, Toshiba will supply STAPLES Center with more than 800 displays while receiving interactive digital signage, multi-media content, venue and affiliate product placement, as well as a comprehensive social media program with the Los Angeles Kings to enhance fan experience.  The multi-year deal was brokered by AEG Global Partnerships.

Another key element of the partnership will enable STAPLES Center to launch its first-ever, state-of-the-art interactive destination where fans will be encouraged to engage in various social media activities relating to the upcoming 2014-15 NBA and NHL seasons.

Borussia Dortmund Renews AIDA Cruises Partnership

German cruise company AIDA Cruises has extended its cooperation with Borussia Dortmund. 

AIDA will support the Bundesliga club for another two seasons until 2016. Aida are one of Dortmund’s longest ever partners having been a sponsor since 2004.

“AIDA and BVB have a long and successful partnership,” said Michael Ungerer, President of AIDA Cruises. “Both brands have strong affinity carrier. We look forward to continuing this successful relationship.”

Under the cooperation several AIDA-football cruises are planned with the Evonik-football school of BVB from Hamburg again.

Kia Acquires Naming Rights to Sun Life Stadium’s 100 Level

National Football League (NFL) franchise Miami Dolphins have announced car manufacturer Kia will be the new naming rights partner to Sun Life Stadium’s 100 Level.

Representatives from the Dolphins and Kia were on hand Sunday prior to the team’s home opener against the New England Patriots to cut the ribbon at the newly entitled Kia 100 Level at Sun Life Stadium.

ŠKODA to Sponsor Champions Hockey League in Two-Year Deal

Czech car manufacturer ŠKODA is to support the Champions Hockey League as an Official Sponsor.

The agreement runs for two years and was closed with Infront Sports & Media, ambulance the exclusive marketing partner of the new Pan-European club ice hockey competition.

The marketing platform of the Champions Hockey League features three levels, with the Official Sponsorship on the second tier of the commercial offering.

As part of the package, ŠKODA will receive branding on perimeter boards across all 161 games of the competition in TV camera view and full integration across all communication and promotional materials – including the website and streaming platform.

Since 1992, ŠKODA has stayed committed to the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championship, which is the longest main sponsorship of any world championship.

Puma Extends Two Decade Deal with Football Association of Czech Republic

German sports apparel giant PUMA has extended its partnership with the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FACR).

PUMA has supported Czech football since 1995, adiposity this agreement will see both organisations working together for an extended period.
