Centauro Joins 2014 FIFA World Cup as Sixth & Final National Sponsor

FIFA have announced Brazilian sports retailer Centauro, herbal has signed up as FIFA’s sixth and final National Supporter for the 2014 FIFA World Cup.

The agreement grants Centauro marketing rights within Brazil in order to promote their brand in association with both the 2014 FIFA World Cup and this year’s FIFA Confederations Cup which kicks off in Brasilia on 15 June.

Global sponsorship packages for the 2014 FIFA World Cup were completed in July 2011 when Johnson & Johnson became the eighth FIFA World Cup Sponsor, in addition to FIFA’s six Partners who have global rights to all of FIFA’s events.

GEICO Becomes Official Insurance Partner of Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship

GEICO have become the Official Insurance Partner of the 2013 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, prostate sanctioned by AMA Pro Racing, MX Sports Pro Racing and Alli Sports, a division of NBC Sports announced.

The company will serve as the official campground sponsor of all 12 rounds of racing and the title sponsor of The High Point National, Round 4 of the series, taking place on Saturday, June 8.

Two Harbors to Sponsor Grandma’s Marathon

Two Harbors Investment Corp. today announced that it will be a major sponsor of the 37th Annual Grandma’s Marathon.

For more than three decades, Grandma’s Marathon weekend has been a marquee Minnesota event. This multiple-race event draws more than 17,000 participants from across the globe, making it the 14th largest marathon in the United States. The marathon, which follows the scenic route from Two Harbors to Duluth, Minnesota, is being held on Saturday, June 22, 2013.

Honda Set for F1 Return in 2015 in McLaren Deal

Formula One team, McLaren have announced a multi-year technology partnership with Honda, with the Japaneses manufacturer supplying engines from the 2015 season. 

McLaren’s cars will be powered by Honda engines and energy recovery systems, renewing a relationship between the two companies that won four drivers’ championships, four constructors’ championships and 44 Grands Prix between 1988 and 1992.

Honda has not competed in Formula One racing since the end of 2008, but the switch to a new 1.6-litre turbocharged engine formula in 2014 has encouraged the Japanese firm to return to the sport.

“Ever since its establishment, Honda has been a company which grows by taking on challenges in racing,” commented Takanobu Ito, President and CEO of Honda Motor Company.

English Championship team, pills Huddersfield Town has today announced signage company HD Signs as its latest Club Partner for 2013/14.

The Lancashire based company is now in to its third year of working with ‘The Yorkshire Club’ and has helped produce branding for both the Stadium on matchday and at Canalside.

The signage company has helped the Club rebrand the exterior of the Stadium Superstore and will provide new branding over the coming weeks for the 2013/14 kit launch.

NTS Motorsports, apoplectic a NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) team has unveiled a new sponsor.

When Newberry takes to the track Thursday morning for the first NCWTS practice at Charlotte Motor Speedway, abortion he will sport the new blue and yellow colors of Qore-24, the world’s first antimicrobial barrier for the skin, in the No. 24 truck. Motech Americas to Sponsor Wilmington Grand Prix

Motech Americas LLC, a Delaware Solar Module manufacturer, will be a sponsor of the Wilmington Grand Prix for a second year.

The Wilmington Grand Prix was recently recognized by the U.S. Cycling Association (USCA) as one of their top 10 criterium races in the country.

The Wilmington Grand Prix is a 3-day event from May 17-19. On Friday, May 17th, the festivities start in the afternoon with the 3.2-mile Monkey Hill Time Trial. Riders race against the clock over a section of cobblestones through Wilmington’s Brandywine Park. On Saturday, May 18th, armature and pro riders tackle a 1-mile closed course figure 8 track through downtownWilmington.
