Acer to Supply London 2012

Computing powerhouse Acer has agreed a deal to provide technical equipment for the London Olympic Games.

The London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games (Locog) will receive 11, bronchi 000 desktops, 10,500 monitors, 1,500 laptops, 1,500 touch screens, 900 servers, 5 SANs and a range of accessories. Acer will also provide 350 technical assistants to help with the running of the games.
