Ireland Rugby to be Broadcast by TG4

Ireland’s senior international rugby union matches in the United States next month will be broadcast live and exclusive from Irish broadcaster TG4.

TG4 will therefore broadcast Ireland’s June tour of the USA which includes matches against the US and Canada.

The deal will also see TG4 broadcast from the IRB Junior World Championship in France, sale | including all Pool B matches, as well as the semi-finals and final.

TG4’s Rónán Ó Coisdealbha said: “We look forward to bringing these matches to TG4 viewers all over Ireland on free to view television and we are pleased that we are expanding the channel’s rugby portfolio which already includes rights to the Heineken Cup and the RaboDirect Pro12.”
