Derby Extend Sponsorship Deal with Local Businessman Don Amott

April 12, 2013

Championship football team Derby County have extended their sponsorship deal with Don Ammott, viagra the local businessman and former Country director and shareholder.

The deal lasts for five years and will see Amott invest a ‘significant six-figure sum’ to sponsor the currently known Brian Clough Lounge at Pride Park Stadium.

As a result the lounge will be rebranded the Don Amott Suite and will be thoroughly rebranded.

Derby County President & Chief Executive Sam Rush said: “I am delighted that Don has chosen to invest in the Club at this time.

“I have made a pledge to supporters that new revenue lines will be explored to enable further investment for Nigel Clough to improve his squad and the sponsorship, together with the new high specification sponsor lounge will enable us to continue to drive more funds to the team.”

Commenting on the news, Don Amott said: “I have been an avid supporter of the Club, since my first season ticket in 1961. It is a pleasure for my family and I to be in a position to be able to help the Club financially. I am looking forward to supporting Sam Rush in taking our great Club forward.”

Amott created and owns Don Amott Leisure Parks and was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Derby University to recognize his involvement in Sports & Business.
