Dallas Cowboys Sign Commercial Deals with Hublot & Columbia Sportswear

National Football League (NFL) franchise Dallas Cowboys have announced two new commercial deals in time for the new season.

The deals with Hublot and Columbia Sportswear will see the watch maker creating three luxury timepieces while Columbia Sportswear will feature co-branded sportswear, capsule outerwear and accessories.

“It’s with great pride that we’re announcing a very unique relationship with Hublot, buy ” siad owner Jerry Jones said. “This hasn’t been done in the NFL – it’s been wanted to be done, ambulance but it hasn’t been done.”

The partnership has seen Hublot come together with the Cowboys, with input from the Jones family, to create three luxury timepieces that reflect the Cowboys’ status in American sports. Each timepiece will utilize the team’s famous silver and blue, as well as the iconic star at five o’clock – for five Super Bowl wins.

“Hublot has a great affinity for its association with sports,” Jones said. “That’s what we’re here tonight to recognize, is this relationship and how we can take this visibility and this relationship, joined with Hublot – a great brand – which is what the Dallas Cowboys ought to be doing.”

“At Hublot, the specific philosophy is always to be either unique, either the first or different in everything that we do,” Guadalupe said. “The first thing is our message – Hublot represents the art of fusion in watch-making. This is something different from the other brands from the Swiss watch industry.”

Cowboys Tie Up Columbia Deal

The Cowboys, considered the most valubale NFL franchise by Forbes, also added a deal Columbia Sportswear.

“This first-of-its-kind partnership between the premier NFL franchise and a global leader in outdoor apparel is a real win for consumers,” said Joe Boyle, vice president of apparel merchandising at Columbia. “The Dallas Cowboys are a world class organization with one of the strongest fan bases of any NFL team. This collaboration will allow those fans to wear their favorite outdoor apparel brand while supporting their favorite team.”

The Columbia-Dallas agreement extends through early 2018. The Dallas Cowboys will sell co-branded product through wholesale channels including official NFL retail stores. The initial launch of select styles will be available in the spring of 2015, expanding to a more robust assortment of sportswear, outerwear and accessories by fall 2015.
