Aston Villa Appoint Former Governor of the Bank of England to Board of Directors

English Premier League club Aston Villa have appointed the former Governor of the Bank of England Mervyn King to its Board of Directors.

The club are currently struggling at the foot of the league table and are facing relegation from the Premier League.
