Associate Manager, Creator Content – EA Sports

The Integrated Communications Team connects the voices of EA’s 300+ million players to our  development and strategy teams, facilitating healthy conversations with players, creators, and press to build thriving communities. The Associate Manager, Creator Strategy will work with some of the most influential creators in the world. Reporting to the Manager, Lifestyle Creators – EA SPORTS the associate manager will manage creator programs aimed at sparking players to passionately create and authentically converse about our sports games across all corners of the internet. The associate manager will oversee multiple creator programs including talent identification, program strategy, content production, relationship management and reporting. Passion is the fuel that drives our teams, and the successful candidate will take a love of creators and sport, specifically Madden NFL – matched with gaming industry expertise, content production skills and strong social channel expertise – to drive and deepen overall player awareness, engagement and sentiment for our EA SPORTS franchises.

The associate manager will take part in strategy, planning, research, outreach and relationship management while leading cross functionally to execute programs; overseeing day-to-day tasks; from forecasting and planning campaign reach to quantitative and qualitative analysis of overall campaigns’ key KPIs and contribution to overall brand health;  as well as supporting the Integrated Communications team remotely with any other activations/ programs/projects that may arise.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in cross-functional group strategy and creative sessions, contributing digital/ interactive/new media ideas
  • Develop and implement creative and highly measurable creator programs/ campaigns with regular reporting on engagement, conversion and traffic growth
  • Implement creator strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities (e.g. Discord, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Use tools and technology to identify emerging lifestyle creators, manage applications to the Creator Network, manage the day-to-day interactions with emerging lifestyle creators (including tracking, reporting and recapping programs)
  • Organize and oversee Creator Network opportunities through content briefs, creator invites, contract requests and payments
  • Manage partnership with Madden Legal and Finance teams to coordinate Creator Network contracts and payments
  • Work with cross-functional teams to produce various types of video projects on time/ budget
  • Manage aspects of production including pre and post production, music, in-game capture, etc.
  • Manage digital projects, interfacing with other cross-functional teams for work-sharing and reporting in a 24-hour, 72-hour and 7-day cadence

General Qualifications:

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Broadcast Manager, who specifically will be a key contact for all broadcasting matters across England Men’s teams, Emirates FA Cup & Youth Cup and the FA Community Shield.

You will work with the Senior Broadcast Manager on all the delivery of media rights and associated commercial matters where required. Manage all broadcast operations and the on-site servicing needs of both The FA and its various broadcasting partners across a portfolio of FA-led competitions.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Be the key contact for all broadcast matters surrounding the England Men’s team, Emirates FA Cup and The FA Community Shield and work with our broadcast partners on the optimum delivery of their contracts.
  • Manage the Emirates FA Cup scheduling process liaising with broadcast partners, clubs and internal teams. Fixtures agreed and announced for the benefit of The FA’s domestic, international and radio partner.
  • Manage the broadcast operations of The Emirates FA Cup Draws.
  • Manage and book the match managers for the Emirates FA Cup.
  • Compile linear and digital audience figures and distribute to the wider business as appropriate. Ensure audience trends are analysed, monitored and communicated effectively.
  • Manage and negotiate all broadcasters on your competition event days and the days leading up to the events including; accreditations, access, studio requirements, camera plans, compound and gantry layouts, match day reporters and interview requests, mixed zone, flash and super flash.
  • Ensure the broadcast operation works seamlessly within the management of the wider FA event, liaising between broadcasters, stadium management and FA events team.
  • Arrange site visits and all logistics for each event including passes, parking, liaising with security, rig days and de-rigging. This covers domestic club games, home as well as overseas internationals.
  • Execute additional tasks as required in order to meet FA Group changing priorities.

An exciting opportunity in The FA, you will lead on content strategy, planning and execution for the England Football brand and key grassroots programmes. Social Media Lead, Tennis – LiveWire Sport

With an illustrious list of tennis clients, we need a creative thinker to oversee a range of content deliverables both during and outside of live events.

The ideal candidate will have a dual passion for tennis and social media, with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of platforms and emerging digital trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles and responsibilities of the Tennis Social Media lead include the following:

– Ideate and execute real-time and planned social media output across social media platforms

– Bring creative and original thinking to our tennis content services, ideating and developing content to cut-through busy new feeds

– Work with our Creative Studio to brief, direct and manage a diverse range of social-first content projects, from graphic design to video edits

– Cultivate and engage global tennis audiences through industry-leading community management

– Publish to social media channels, as required

– Produce short-form and longer social-first video edits

– Stay on the pulse of sports news, popular culture and current trends, and their relevance to tennis

WHAT YOU NEED

– At least three years’ experience working in a social media content role, ideally for an agency, sports rightsholder or media organisation

– First-class editorial judgement

– A proven track record of creative and innovative thinking

– Knowledge and experience of multiple social media platform, including TikTok

– Obsessive knowledge of tennis

– Understanding and awareness of social media analytics, especially in helping to guide content strategy

– Ability to lead and set an example for others

– Excellent written and verbal English skills

– Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure

– Must be able to work weekends, as well as evenings, and be flexible about working patterns

– Experience of using Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro, particularly around optimising content for social platforms
