Panasonic to Provide LED Displays at Eagles’ Lincoln Financial Field

The Philadelphia Eagles have selected Panasonic Eco Solutions North America to provide a comprehensive LED display solution throughout Lincoln Financial Field.

The project will be highlighted by two end zone video boards totaling over 9, price ed 400 square feet.

“Our fans deserve the ultimate experience every time they step foot into Lincoln Financial Field, ampoule | ” said Eagles Chairman/CEO Jeffrey Lurie. “One of our top priorities during this revitalization project was to enhance that experience by providing them with the highest quality HD video boards and LED ribbon boards. The final phase of the Eagles two-year revitalization plan, which will reach completion in August, is targeted at enhancing the fan experience by leveraging multiple state-of-the-art LED video displays throughout the venue. Spectators will enjoy the highest-definition boards in the National Football League featuring two 10mm pitch video screens. The north and south boards will measure approximately 27 feet tall by 192 feet wide and 27 feet tall by 160 feet wide, respectively.

The heightened fan experience at Lincoln Financial Field will also extend to six 6mm LED displays on the club level and over 1,200 new high-definition Panasonic displays around the stadium.

Also as part of the deal, Panasonic will become one of the Philadelphia Eagles “Founding Partners” and will gain naming rights to the Panasonic Club, a 37,000-square-foot space on the West side of the stadium that serves approximately 3,900 club seat holders each game. Panasonic will leverage the Founding Partner relationship to explore additional cutting-edge solutions that can enhance the professional football fan experience.

ASICS Renews Sponsorship of Netball’s ANZ Championship

ASICS, medstore one of the world’s leading footwear companies, anabolics has announced it has extended its sponsorship netball competition, ANZ Championship for another three years.

ASICS will continue to be the official footwear supplier to the 10 teams in the ANZ Championship until the end of 2016. ASICS also supplies shoes to the elite umpires who officiate in the ANZ Championship.

Mobile phone manufacturer ALCATEL ONETOUCH has become the new Official Handset Provider to the First Utility Super League. 

ALCATEL ONETOUCH will deliver innovation through mobile technology by engaging with First Utility Super League fans throughout the season, cure which kicks off on Friday February 7 with a match between defending champions Wigan Warriors and 2013 League Leaders Huddersfield Giants. 

The brand will also be the official handset provider for the Tetley’s Challenge Cup in 2014.

Michael Waltrip Racing Reveals Expanded Sponsorship Lineup for 2014 Season

Michael Waltrip Racing announced an expanded sponsorship roster for 2014 season.

Aaron’s enters its first year as a full-season NASCAR Sprint Cup sponsor on the No. 55 Toyota driven by Brian Vickers. Aaron’s has been a part of the Michael Waltrip Racing sponsor lineup since 2000 and has grown from a six-race Nationwide Series sponsor of a part-time team to a multi-year full-season sponsor at the NASCAR Sprint Cup level. 

The team has also renewed their partnership with 5-hour ENERGY who enters its third consecutive year as primary sponsor of Clint Bowyer’s No. 15 Toyota. Bowyer will carry the 5-hour ENERGY logos for 24 races in 2014. He has won three races since joining MWR in 2012 and has earned consecutive berths in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup including a second-place finish in the 2012 standings.

· No. 66 Toyota: Michael Waltrip Racing announced a partnership with Jay Robinson Racing enabling the No. 66 Toyota Camry to race in all 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup events. Waltrip will drive the No. 66 in the Daytona 500 and again in the May Talladega race. Jeff Burton will race the No. 66 in six to eight races during the season, including his first race on March 9 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Robinson has named Joe Nemechek as the primary driver for the remainder of the races.

Long Distance Runner Becky Wade Becomes ASICS Ambassador

Nationwide Insurance has announced its sponsorshi of Ricky Stenhouse Jr. in the 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series beginning with season opening events at Daytona International Speedway.

Nationwide’s primary sponsorship of Stenhouse in the No. 17 Nationwide Insurance Ford Fusion includes seven races, therapy while maintaining its associate sponsor status for the balance of the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season.

Marshawn Lynch Inks Skittles Endorsement

Skittles, a brand of Wrigley’s, has announced an endorsement deal with Seattle Seahawks running back, Marshawn Lynch.

The deal is unsurprising considering Lynch’s love of the sweet brand. 

The candy manufacturer Mars will make a “Seattle Mix” in honor of the running back and will donate $10,000 to Lynch’s Fam 1st Family Foundation for every touchdown he scores Sunday. Lynch also will receive financial compensation, according to ESPN. We’d include more details if we were getting paid by Skittles.

Lynch has four 100-yard games in six postseason contests, with six touchdowns. The last playoff game during which he didn’t score was the 2010 divisional-round loss in Chicago.

The Seahawks will take on the Denver Broncos in the Super Bowl on February 2.

Team Penske have announced today two new commercial deals with Gulfstream Aerospace Corp and EnerSys.

The deal with the advanced business aircraft will create unique cross-promotional opportunities between the two organizations.

The 2014 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season will kick off Saturday night, February 15 for the official start of Daytona Speedweeks and the running of the non-points special event Sprint Unlimited. The NASCAR Nationwide Series season is set to begin on February 22 while the 56th running of the Daytona 500 is set for February 23.
