Wroclaw To Host 2017 World Games

The 2017 World Games have been awarded to Wroclaw, viagra Poland.

The IWGA (International World Games Association) made the announcement in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Wroclaw was in competition with Budapest, Hungary, in the final round of the bidding process for the tournament.

Cape Town, South Africa, had withdrawn because of financial reasons and Genoa, Italy, was eliminated after the initial shortlisting in 2011.

The next World Games of 2013 which take place in Cali, Columbia from July 25th to August 4th and will showcase the world’s finest parachutists and paragliders as well as areomodellers.

FAI (World Air Sports Federation) Secretary General Jean-Marc Badan expressed his hope that Wroclaw’s success will secure the future of air-sports at the World Games.

“Poland is a very active country in terms of air sports activities and has a long history of successfully organised FAI events, which makes me hopeful that air sports will continue to be part of this great international event.

“We will know more about the 2017 World Games sports programme after the 2013 World Games in Cali”.
