Western Sydney Wanderers Renew Long-Standing NRMA Partnership

Newly crowned Asian Champions League winners Western Sydney Wanderers have renewed their partnership with NRMA Insurance.

The two parties have agreed an extended three-year deal.

“We are delighted — they have been in it from day one and they have a long-term commitment to our club, anesthetist ” Wanderers chairman and owner Paul Lederer told the Saturday Telegraph.

Though the financial details were not disclosed, cure Lederer said the renewed partnership with NRMA Insurance will extend to the sleeve and signage sponsorship of the Wanderers Women’s and National Youth League teams.

NRMA Insurance chief executive Andy Cornish said: “I look like some sort of genius, capsule ” said Mr Cornish about his original decision to become the major sponsor of the club in its early days.

“When the Football Federation started talking to me, I was initially sceptical about the club because at that time they were trying to move incredibly quickly. No one could have predicted how brilliantly they’ve done.’’

As well as the sponsorship, NRMA plans to spend an extra $3.7 million promoting grassroots football in Western Sydney.
