UEFA Pen Extension With UniCredit as Official Champions League Partner

UEFA has agreed a renewed deal with commercial bank UniCredit to continue as an official partner of the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Europa League until 2018.

As part of the deal UniCredit is now the official bank of all six UEFA club competitions, unhealthy including the UEFA Super Cup, order the UEFA Women’s Champions League, medstore the UEFA Futsal Cup finals and the UEFA Youth League.

Guy-Laurent Epstein, Marketing Director of UEFA Events SA, said: “UniCredit has been one of our sponsors for six years now, and we are delighted that we were able to agree on the extension of this partnership. Their renewed and extended support and contribution, particularly in the promotion of our competitions across Eastern Europe, is highly valued.

“The UEFA Champions League continues to be an invaluable platform for our sponsor partners, and with the addition of the UEFA Europa League, we are extremely confident that UniCredit will obtain excellent opportunities to benefit from this partnership across their key markets.”

The CEO of UniCredit, Federico Ghizzoni said: “We are proud to announce that UniCredit will become the official bank of UEFA’s club competitions. Over the past years, the partnership with UEFA has been a driving factor in achieving our set objectives.”

UniCredit joins Heineken, Nissan and Sony as the fourth official partner of the UEFA Champions League for the 2015-18 cycle, alongside adidas, which is the official supplier partner.
