Mission

Study the International Olympic Committee (IOC) use cases to implement IOC B2B Stakeholder Relationship Management (SRM)/CRM Strategy

Identify potential areas where B2B SRM/CRM can be applied

Contribute in design, architecture, and solution

Be a ‘trusted advisor’ to IOC and be able to identify the requirements and lead transformational project deliveries.
Main responsibilities
CRM Principal Consulting & Project Management
Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business (CxO) and technology decision maker discussions related to integration, business value, business process and master data management. As business analyst and ptoject manager, to be able to liaison with Business and IT Stakeholders to identify business objectives and priorities to be captured in the B2B Stakeholder Relationship Management/CRM scope and leverage with the B2C CRM:
Be responsible for identifying and implementing a solution of Contact Management and Stakeholders engagement (e.g. MS Dynamics CRM).
Act in a project management capacity and have functional expertise of B2B SRM/CRM solutions, preferable MS Dynamics CRM.
Provide best practices consulting to end users when it comes to contact and relationship management in the proposed solution.
Detail the solution architecture in relation with:

IOC Stakeholders (subject to B2B CRM Solution)

User Authentication Solution to IOC Services

Bridge between IOC B2B CRM Solution and IOC B2C CRM solution

Build working relationships with other internal and external project’s members, vendors, and other departments

Work effectively with senior management and multiple stakeholders to identify the scope and objectives clearly

Be able to configure the solution if required

Identify the integration components contact data sets, and the data privacy concept

Translate the recommendation into an actionable project

Provide a rough estimate of timelines, cost, and the roadmap for delivery
Training and language skills
-
University studies in computer science or a related major
-
Fluent in English, with good command of French
-
7-10 years of consulting in the SRM/CRM domain
-
Min. 5 years of experience in B2B CRM as analyst and/or project leader (end-to-end project implementation)
