Singapore Airlines Extends Title Sponsorship of Singapore Grand Prix Until 2017

Singapore Airlines has extended its title sponsorship of the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix for another two years, medstore until 2017.

The Airline has been the Title Sponsor of the race since 2014.

“We are very happy to be continuing our relationship with Singapore Airlines, find as one of our Global Partners. The Singapore Airlines brand fits with our other Global Partners and Formula One,” said Bernie Ecclestone, CEO of Formula One Management Ltd.

Singapore Airlines CEO, Mr Goh Choon Phong said: “As a strong supporter of both sports and tourism, we are excited to continue as Title Sponsor of one of the most exciting races in the F1 calendar.

“We look forward to further showcasing the race to the world, and helping to strengthen Singapore’s image as a world-class tourism, cultural and sporting event city.”

Teo Hock Seng, Chairman, Singapore GP Pte Ltd. added: “It has been a great partnership with this iconic brand and we are delighted to have Singapore Airlines extend for another two years as Title Sponsor for the Formula One Singapore Grand Prix.”
