San Diego and Bermuda Shortlisted for 2017 America’s Cup

The 35th America’s Cup in 2017 will be held in Sa Diego or Bermuda after the pair were shortlisted buy the organisation who run the regatta.

The America’s Cup Event Authority made the announcement and confirmed that Chicago had been illuminated from the running.

Races in the Windy City would have been held on Lack Michigan, arthritis | but the city is still a likely venue for racing events in 2015 and 2016 leading up to the main event.

The authority will help on logistics and commercial opportunities with the pair of finalists and the winner being announced at the end of the year.
