Regional Cable Baseball Ratings Are Rosy

July 22, 2016

Major League Baseball teams are sitting pretty in the regional television ratings in the USA this season (which is just about halfway over).

On nights when they play, viagra without prescription no fewer than 22 teams deliver the number one primetime show on cable with their games. Overall, pill 10 teams are the top primetime programming attractions in their home markets.

That good news from regional cable follows the poor results of the national broadcast of the 2016 All-Star Game in San Diego earlier this month on Fox, which pulled its lowest ever audience with only 8.707 million viewers. In 2006, the All-Star Game was watched by 14.4 million, and back in 1996, there were 18.5 million viewers.

But bear in mind that in 1996, viewing of the game was already down from 28.5 million a decade earlier.
