Overview:

Role Summary

This multi-faceted role supports senior members of the team in the day-to-day management of key commercial partners whilst taking the lead on secondary tier partnership accounts. Working closely with the Partnerships Delivery Team Manager, the individual will be responsible for scheduling digital and print assets for partner campaigns, managing the retail licensee product approval process, delivering reports ranging from annual partnership reviews, rights trackers through to individual case studies underpinning the work of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • To support the Partnerships Delivery Team Manager in the day-to-day management of key partnership accounts.
  • To lead on the account management of a selection of second tier partnerships and supplier accounts.
  • To oversee the delivery and activation of partner’s contracted rights in line with their respective strategic plans and delivering against key objectives/KPIs.
  • To assist the team in the development and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual reports for all primary and secondary tier partners in Partnerships (on a case by case basis dependent on partner requirements).
  • To coordinate and attend regular planning & review meetings with relevant partners.
  • Manage and oversee the creative approval process for partners and licensees.
  • Manage the activation of Club partners’ digital inventory and social media campaigns working closely with the Digital Team.
  • Work with the Insight Team to proactively grow our third party opt-in database.

Administration

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining the partnership records, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date and set out in the standard team format.
  • Maintain partner coverage documents, rights trackers and Repucom reports.
  • Produce monthly image rights reports for all players.
  • Ensure all relevant account plans are updated on an ongoing basis including all current and relevant information concerning each partner.

Match Day Responsibilities

  • Support the Partnerships Team with match day activity when required.

Other Responsibilities

  • Understand the commitments of the Club to FAPL Sponsors and Associate Partners and assist in delivery of these rights.
  • Maintain product/departmental knowledge on the full range of goods and services provided by Club.
  • Maintain knowledge of Company policies, procedures and processes.
  • Participate in departmental meetings as required.
  • All other reasonable duties required.
