Overview:

ORIG3N is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to lead our LifeProfile Product Sales Team. ORIG3N’s LifeProfile product line consists of genetic assessments that show how your genes impact specific areas of consumers health and wellness so people can make choices to improve their lifestyle.

The individual would lead our sales activities for LifeProfile which includes expanding product sales and building a robust customer/channel partner base with the objective of scaling this effort to a national level.

Job Description

The National Sales Manager is responsible for:

  • – Mastering ORIG3N’S LifeProfile product portfolio and sales strategies.
  • – Identifying and developing successful long term sales opportunities, no rx customers, and channel partners through active prospecting to grow new business. The expectation is that a successful candidate will be able to manage this effort on a National level.
  • – Building out and managing a National outside sales force, to include recruiting, hiring, training, professional development, and management of a highly motivated and geographically distributed sales team.
  • – Maintaining CRM database for tracking new sales opportunities, customer/channel partner engagements, and customer feedback
  • – Qualifying and recruiting VARs, distributors, and channel partners.
  • – Ensuring cohesive and productive relationships with partners through execution of training programs and co-development of marketing strategies, and promotional opportunities that will enable partners to exceed sales objectives.
  • – Aligning and monitoring partner’s sales forecasts against monthly targets, anticipate shortfalls, and facilitate appropriate corrective actions to ensure sales objectives are achieved.
  • – Keeping management informed of ongoing sales team activities by submitting activity and results reports, work plans, sales forecasts, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • – Credibly and persuasively articulating the value our products provide to the consumer.
  • – Projecting professionalism and dedication to customer success.

Qualifications

  • – Willingness to actively engage and pursue customers and channel parters to drive product sales.
  • – An energized self-starter that has demonstrated successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development in a start up environment.
  • – Proven track record of achieving measurable sales goals and meeting sales targets both through direct to customer and partner engagements.
  • – Team player with strong communication skills, positive can-do attitude, and professional demeanor.
  • – Demonstrated success in building and managing a sales team at a National level.
  • – A solid knowledge of sales funnels, building sales strategy and increasing sales pipeline.
  • – Demonstrated customer relationship development and management skills,
  • – Excellent spoken, written, presentation, and problem solving skills.
  • – Strong time management, organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • – Ability to work as part of a team.
  • – Possesses the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company.
  • – Experience with CRM database/software
  • – Experience in and passionate about healthcare, fitness, and wellness a plus.
