Mirabaud Extends Endorsement Deal of Swiss Sailor Dominique Wavre

Independent banking and financial institute Mirabaud have extended their endorsement deal with Swiss sailor Dominique Wavre.

Dominique Wavre has raced two circumnavigations and a transatlantic race in Mirabaud colours in recent years and is now proud to take up the mantle of ambassador for the international group.

“We have created a very strong relationship with Dominique over the last few years,” said Antonio Palma, Partner of Mirabaud. “His talent, experience and results have made him one of Swiss sailing’s greatest personalities and we would like to maintain our partnership with him. To this end, we have invited Dominique to continue to represent and promote our brand in the world of yacht racing as an ambassador.”

Dominique Wavre will continue to sail and maintain a regular presence at events and projecs supported by the financial group, including Dona Bertarelli and Yann Guichard’s Spindrift racing team, the Bol d’Or Mirabaud and the international photography contest “Mirabaud Yacht Racing Image”.

“I am delighted to be able to continue to contribute to developing the sport of sailing in Switzerland,” said Dominique. “Mirabaud is very active in sailing on both a local and international level and my role as an ambassador will give me the opportunity to represent the company at these events and to carry the message that sailing in Switzerland is alive and well!”
