Overview:
– Oversee group ticket retention efforts, manage Group Account Executives, service and grow existing accounts to achieve personal sales goal, and ensure quality and consistency of service and/or product delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- – Achieve annual group and hospitality ticket and revenue retention goals
- – Coach and manage Group Sales Account Executives
- – Join Account Executives on appointments to instruct on and assist with the sales process where applicable
- – Assist with recruitment of Group Sales Account Executives when applicable
- – Service and grow group sales clients
- – Manage, supervise, and schedule seasonal Group Sales staff
- – Lead strategy and execution of gameday buy-in programs
- – Provide status updates on various topics through excellent written and oral communication
- – Assist customer service efforts by helping execute pre-game activities and visiting hospitality clients on applicable gamedays
- – Prepare action plans and schedules to hit yearly team and individual sales goals
- – Identify and resolve client concerns
- – Be able to work weekends and holidays as pertaining to game schedule and group sales events
- – Additional duties assigned by the Director of Group Sales & Service
Experience, Education and Licensure:
- – Bachelor’s Degree required
- – At least 3 years of successful outbound ticket sales experience
- – 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
- – Basic proficiency with computers and MS Office programs
- – Proven track record of success utilizing ticketing systems and CRM software
