Lyon Agree Orange Partnership

French Ligue 1 side Olympique Lyonnais has agreed a partnership with telecommunications giants Orange.

Ahead of this weekend’s clash with arch-rivals AS Saint-Etienne, Orange has created a social media campaign called the 12th OL man (#Le12emeGone), specifically dedicated to Olympique Lyonnais fans.

Fans will have between November 30 and December 21 to send encouragement messages to the team via Twitter.

Twelve of the best tweets will have their author’s name printed on the sleeve of the home and away jerseys and will appear during games, starting form matchday 20.

Winners will also receive shirts from their favourite players and will be invited to Lyon’s Stade Gerland stadium to watch a game at the Club des Cents hospitality suite.
