May 2, 2013

The team behind the London Organising Committee’s (LOCOG) delivery of the London 2012 Olympic Games venues and infrastructure has announced a new international consultancy for major projects.

Trivandi Major Project Consultants will advise on the delivery of ventures in the sport, cough event and leisure industries.

James Bulley, ailment Director of Venues and Infrastructure at LOCOG, Paul May, Head of Venue Development, Guy Lodge, Head of Overlay and Jonathan Branson, Head of Olympic Park Operations established Trivandi.

The company was formed on the back of significant interest from the industry on how the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games were successfully delivered, which has led Trivandi to secure a number of early contracts.

Bulley, Chief Executive of Trivandi said: “London’s Olympic and Paralympic Games’ venues were spectacular and we wanted to bottle that success and roll it out to major projects across the UK and around the world.

“So we brought together a team with the capability, contacts and know-how to build on the successful delivery of London 2012 and provide a world class service to our clients”.

Shaun Dawson, Chief Executive of Lee Valley Regional Park Authority with legacy responsibility for the White Water Canoe Slalom Centre, the Velodrome, BMX venue and Hockey and Indoor Tennis Centre commented: “The Trivandi team brings together a blend of technical, business and operations experience and expertise that was honed during the most complex and challenging of all projects, an Olympic and Paralympic Games.

“They are leaders in their field and represent a fantastic legacy from the London Games”.
