Leeds Rugby Teams Extend Partnership with AudienceView Ticketing

AudienceView Ticketing, a leading provider of advanced and flexible ticketing services to venues worldwide, announced today that Leeds Rugby has renewed its partnership with the company.

A client since 2005, the organisation will continue to leverage AudienceView’s full suite of fan management technology to enhance online sales and drive new revenue for their two clubs, Leeds Rhinos and Leeds Carnegie.

The AudienceView solution intelligently offers customers added value tickets or products during the purchase process, resulting in increased revenue through up-selling and cross-selling. The teams can then use this transaction data to improve target marketing to enhance the online experience and, ultimately, increase the average revenue earned per customer.

The organisation will also integrate e-commerce into the purchase process, providing Leeds Rugby fans with the opportunity to buy a ticket and team merchandise in the same transaction. By leveraging functionality introduced in August 2011 by the University of Minnesota Athletics Department, the teams anticipate this business decision to pay immediate dividends to their merchandise program.

With the renewal of service, Leeds Rugby will harness the power and flexibility of AudienceView’s Content Management System (CMS) to create and manage separate websites for their two clubs, Leeds Rhinos and Leeds Carnegie, while maintaining a shared database. The ability to seamlessly create two separate online destinations will allow the organisation to optimize the customers’ experience and cater to their unique needs.
