Juventus Extend Fiat Sponsorship Until 2021, Partner with Broker 24Option
August 1, 2014
Serie A champions Juventus has extended its sponsorship agreement with Fiat to 2021.
The Italian club announced on Thursday that it signed a new six-year contract, which will begin with the 2015-16 season.
Juventus says the new deal is worth 17 million euros ($22.75 million) per season plus variable bonuses based on the club’s results in national and international competitions.
Juventus said in a statement: “This renewal is born from the desire to continue a relationship which brings great satisfaction to both companies, which has allowed them to embark on a journey together at international level, both in terms of sport and business, with substantial economic and image-related returns for both parties.”
As it has been doing since 2012, Fiat will operate as the club’s sole shirt sponsor in all competitions, as well as supplying vehicles for promotional purposes.
Juventus won its third successive Serie A title last season.
Juventus Partner with 24Option
Juventus also announced today that leading binary options broker 24Option.com has signed a two-year partnership with the club.
24 Option will become the club’s exclusive partner on a global level, acquiring offline and marketing rights.
“Juventus continues to work with strategic partners who share the club’s principles both on and off the pitch,” said Francesco Calvo, the Bianconeri’s Chief Revenue Officer.
“As such we are delighted to attract a company which in such a short space of time has become a leader in its field. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial partnership.”
The deal was brokered by Sports Media Gaming.
“We’re proud of the partnership agreement which binds us to Juventus. We are both leaders in our respective fields on a global scale,” added 24Option.
“Our partnership emphasizes the synergies between football and trading where preparation and execution are keys to success. 24Option is enthusiastic about the opportunity to work with Juventus.”
