ICC Announce Ticket Prices for Cricket World Cup 2015

The Local Organising Committee of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 have announced ticketing information for the event, clinic with prices focused on families.
All children’s tickets for the pools stage are $5. Prices for adults start from just $20, meaning that a family of four can attend event from around $50.
John Harnden, Chief Executive of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 said he wanted as many people as possible to experience the event.
“Australia and New Zealand last hosted the tournament in 1992 and since then it has become one of the biggest sporting events in the world,” Mr Harnden said.
“We’ve made sure the event is affordable with more than two thirds of all tickets $50 or under. This is a great opportunity to see the world’s best cricketers right here in our own backyard.
“Fans can buy any combination of tickets and have the flexibility to build their own World Cup experience.”
The ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 is being jointly host by Australia and New Zealand and will feature 49 matches in 44 days across 14 Host Cities throughout.
