February 20, 2018

Boxer Richard John Hatton’s Hatton Boxing has teamed up with Matrix Fitness to offer boxing solution for fitness facilities.

The partnership offers facilities a full boxing fitness solution for their gym floor, which includes equipment, accessories and staff training along with access to Hatton Boxing’s unique ‘Fight Camp’ class programming.

Facilities purchasing the boxing solution will also be licensed to use the ‘Hatton Powered by Matrix’ brand, including access to the Hatton image library, marketing collateral and signage to support in the branding of the boxing area.

The partnership is an extension to the existing relationship between the two organisations, which saw Matrix equip Hatton Health & Fitness.

Jon Eade, managing director of Hatton Boxing, said: “Boxing training is now an established form of fitness for many gym goers and by combining our expertise in boxing equipment, education and training with Matrix’s extensive skills in facility design and operational support, customers will benefit from the collective experience of both brands to tap into this popular trend and provide a real USP to any training facility.”

Director of marketing for Matrix Fitness, Julian Taylor, said: “We are proud to partner with Hatton Boxing to deliver boxing training solutions as we strive to ensure we provide as much value as possible to our customers. Operators are always looking for something different to offer to their users across all sectors and we feel that our partnership with the Hatton team delivers this.

“With the increased awareness of boxing and its popularity as a fitness training method, it is also the right time for both organisations to work closer and we are excited about this opportunity.”
