Euronics Sponsors DTM’s Mercedes-Benz Racing Team

Euronics, the retail cooperative has entered into a sponsorship deal with Mercedes-Benz in the DTM.
From the 2013 DTM season onwards, the Euronics Mercedes AMG C-Coupé will ensure high visibility for the Euronics brand in the world’s most popular touring car series. The new DTM season starts on 5th May at its traditional opening venue, Hockenheim.
Euronics Deutschland eG is a well-established and dependable partner for small to medium-sized retailers of consumer electronic goods. With a total 477,000 square metres of retail space between them, vendors in the Euronics group sell a wide range of products in the consumer electronics, home appliance, telecommunications, PC/multimedia, digital photo and entertainment software segment.
The cooperative has around 1,700 members in Germany trading at retail premises in over 1,900 locations and employing more than 12,000 people. Based in Ditzingen near Stuttgart, Euronics was founded in 2004, but the group’s roots can be traced back much further. Euronics Deutschland eG is a partner of the European purchasing and marketing alliance Euronics International which has its registered offices in Amsterdam. With more than 6,400 members operating out of more than 11,000 outlets in 31 different countries, the Euronics brand is regarded by customers throughout Europe as a seal of approval.
