ESPN Study Shows NFL Popularity Growth in the UK

ESPN has released new figures showing the continuing rise in the popularity of American football in the UK. 

The NFL this week announced its fixtures in London for 2016, which includes a first ever game at Twickenham. 

ESPN’s numbers reveal that 16% of UK sports fans now follow the NFL, up from 9% in 2011 – a growth of 75%.
