Overview:
-
– Manage and develop our season ticket loyalty program Smashville Rewards.
- – Create, distribute, and analyze fan surveys to Predators fans and season ticket holders.

– Manage CRM system, including upgrades, administrative tasks, and user support.
-
– Utilize research tools such as Archtics, CRM system, MailManager, Prospector, Scarborough, Neilson and JD Power to generate incremental revenue through the collection and utilization of data.
-
– Daily evaluation of ticket inventory and pricing to make recommendations to SVP Ticket Sales to maximize ticket revenue
-
– Direct contact between Nashville Predators and data warehouse company SSB
-
– Manage facilitation of presale/on-sale strategies, special promotions, and offers through Ticketmaster/Archtics.

– Design and develop custom reports using SQL.
- – Analyze sales trends to increase the team’s return on investment (ROI) as it relates to all telemarketing, direct mail, and e-mail sales campaigns.

– Interface with marketing department on the following projects, but not limited to, web content, links, and ticket information for bi-weekly newsletter and other projects assigned by Sr. VP of Ticket Sales.

– Manage social media assets which include Facebook and Twitter.

– Create and generate all requested sales and service related reports, including daily sales activity reports.

– Work with Ticketmaster on retargeting ads, scheduling CENs (client email notification) creating presale codes and pulling list for distribution of offers.

– Work with Marketing Department to generate new subscribers to our e-mail database using cross-departmental methods (fan surveys and season ticket stubs, for example) and ensure growth of the database with relevant list purchases and data acquisition.

– Oversee the process of data compilation regarding customer service initiatives at Predators Games.
- – Proactively generate sales leads, and list and plan follow ups.
- – Responsible for analysis of each sales campaign and for developing analytical reports that measure the ROI with targeted databases.

– Assist in developing strategy for web based and direct mail lead generation projects and responsible for executing web based and direct mail sales programs.

– Customize and integrate CRM with other products and services (e.g. UPS tracking).

– Determine new opportunities for ways to improve sales and service efficiencies through the use of CRM functionality.

– Perform other tasks and projects as required.
Minimum Requirements:
-
– Four (4) year Bachelor’s degree.
-
– Minimum of three plus (3+) years of experience in database design/management/database marketing.
-
– Exceptional computer skills, particularly working with large databases and MS Office products.
-
– Technical knowledge – experience with Microsoft CRM, SQL, SSB, MS-Access; experience with Archtics, Mail Manager, MS SQL-server and MS Visual Basic a plus.

– Knowledge of regression analysis and other statistical tools/techniques.

– Ability to manipulate data into clearly understandable end user reports.

– Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple assignments.

– Excellent oral and written communication skills.

– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.

– Proven track record of results in a database management environment. Previous experience in the sports industry a plus.

– Flexible schedule – ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

– Willingness to travel occasionally.
