Deccan Chargers Given Fourteen-Day Ultimatum

The Indian Premier League Governing Council has issued a 14-day ultimatum to the Deccan Chargers owners, demanding they sort out the club’s financial issues.

The club has been mortgaged to two private banks who now want a stake in the team, which is not allowed by IPL rules.

Neither the IPL council or the club has commented on the story.{jcomments on}
