Clipper Name ICON Official Branding Partner of 2015-16 Race

ICON has been confirmed as as Official Branding Partner of the 2015-16 Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.
The company has branded the entire fleet of Clipper 70s and will also provide on shore branding, price and dress all 14 stopover ports during the 11 month-long race, including the Race Start Village open in London this week.
Clipper chairman Sir Robin Knox-Johnston welcomed the announcement saying: “We have enjoyed working with ICON to brand the fleet for the tenth edition race this year. ICON has been responsible for branding some of the world’s most iconic sports events and the colourful fleet is sure to make an impact in ports around the world.
“It’s fantastic to work with a partner that brings such a huge wealth of experience with them and I am pleased to welcome them on board as Official Branding Partner.”

The Clipper 2015-16 Race will be the biggest event yet with more than 700 crew taking part. The fleet will visit ten countries around the world.
