Cliff Brown Appointed New Brentford Chairman, New Ticketing & CRM Platform Announced

Cliff Brown has been appointed as the new Chairman of Brentford Football Club, denture replacing Greg Dyke who had been in the job since 2006.
Dyke was appointed as Independent FA Chairman and therefore had to stand down from his role with the Bees at the end of the 2012-13 season.
Cliff acts as Chief Financial Officer and business adviser to a number of companies that Brentford owner Matthew Benham has an interest in and was appointed Club Director in September 2012.
Cliff said: “I am honoured to have been appointed chairman of Brentford and look forward to working with the Board and the Management Team to build on the progress made over the last two years and to deliver a successful future for the Club and its fans.
“I hope to continue the great work of Greg Dyke, view who played such an important role in getting the Club to where it is now.”
The Club has also appointed two Vice-Chairman in Donald Kerr and Eddie Rogers.
New ticketing and CRM platform
League One football club Brentford have appointed TALENT Sport as their new ticketing and CRM platform, doctor in a bid to increase fan engagement.
TALENT Sport will manage the Bees’ ticketing and CRM requirements at their Griffin Park stadium and will act as a strategic planning partner for the club’s move to a new ground in 2016.

Using the TALENT Sport data engine, the club will be able to reward loyal supporters with exclusive offers and events, as well as managing the allocation of tickets effectively for popular matches.
