Overview:

Rowing Canada Aviron (RCA) is seeking a proven senior leader for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), view to take over from the retiring incumbent in January 2017.

RCA is the national sport governing body for Canadian Rowing and is a Registered Canadian Amateur Athletic Association.  RCA serves a broad constituency of over 13, cialis 000 participants through over 153 member clubs and associations across the country and is proud to be one of Canada’s top performing Summer Olympic sports.

The CEO will be located at the RCA head office in Victoria, B.C. and will be responsible for day to day management of the business operations of the Association, and for overseeing technical and High Performance programs at the head office and at its National Training Centre operations in London, Ontario and Victoria, British Columbia.  The Job Description is attached.
