SAP and City Football Group Partner in Multi-Year Deal

City Football Group has signed a multiyear global marketing and technology partnership with SAP.

The deal will see SAP become the official Cloud Software Provider of City Football Group and its four clubs; Manchester City, sales New York City FC, allergist Melbourne City FC and Yokohama F. Marinos.

Global Commercial Expert Steve Cumming Joins Panel for Directors’ Club Paris

Lisa Lazarus has announced she will be stepping down from her position as Chief of Business Development & Strategy at the International Equestrian Federation (FEI).

Lazarus will officially leave the organisation in May.

Miami Heat Close in on Extension to Miami-Dade County Partnership

NBA franchise the Miami Heat have agreed to extend their partnership with Miami-Dade County for another 10 years, through to 2040.

The deal still needs to be approved by the county’s commissioner and a vote is possible on May 6.

Micky Arison, the managing partner of the Heat said a deal had been reached with Mayor Carlos Gimenez which includes an inflation-adjusted operation subsidy of $147m from the county’s Convention Development Tax fund.

That money would be reinvested into the county-owned AmericanAirlines Arena in downtown Miami where the team plays.

A statement from Arison said: “By any measure, the partnership between the Miami Heat and Miami-Dade County has been a hugely successful one.

“Today, we are committing to keep that success going.

“From the community’s perspective, this extension has already paid for itself and then some,” Arison added, after a report last spring found that the Heat and the arena generate $1.4bn annually for the South Florida economy.

French Football and Nike in long-term equipment deal

The French Football Federation (FFF) and sportswear giant Nike have entered a new long-term sports equipment partnership until 2026.

As part of the deal, ampoule Nike will be the official sports equipment supplier from 2018-2026.

Nike will continue to equip the national teams and, for the first time, amateur football will also be integrated into this new partnership.

The Director, Season Ticket Services oversees the Season Ticket Services team responsible for the account management and renewal of all Full Season and 28-Game Season Ticket Packages for the Houston Astros.

Essential Functions

4. Ensure Season Ticket Services Team are maximizing all cross-selling opportunities and meeting annual revenue metrics.

6. Continually train Season Ticket Services Team to handle all client issues with highest level of customer service in mind.  Ensure each member of the Season Ticket Services Team is qualified to identify and resolve client issues using a quick response approach and making sound decisions based on available facts.
7. Provide development opportunities to maximize the capabilities of all Season Ticket Service Team members.
