MKM Building Supplies Renew South Stand Sponsorship of Hull City’s KC Stadium

The KC Stadium,home to Hull City FC, has announced that long-term partner MKM Building Supplies is extending its sponsorship od the south stand for a further four years.

KC Stadium Commercial Manager Linton Brown said: “We are thrilled that MKM has agreed to extend its sponsorship of the South Stand and its fantastic relationship with Hull City Football Club.

“The company has sponsored the South Stand since the opening of the KC Stadium and this has made them a very big part of our success over the years. This latest deal will, of course, make them just as much a part of our ongoing success.

“Their dedication and commitment to Hull City has been invaluable and we would like to thank David Kilburn and MKM for their continued and amazing support.”

MKM Chief Executive David Kilburn said as a Hull company, sponsoring the city’s football team had always been an important part of MKM’s values of community engagement.

He said: “My belief has always been that a business is part of the community in which it operates and nothing bonds a community together better than getting behind a cherished sports team.

“Hull Tigers is such an important part of the fabric of the city and we value our relationship with the club highly, which is why we have chosen to extend our sponsorship.”

Mr Kilburn added that having a Premier League team in Hull does bring commercial advantages.

“It will mean a lot more fans coming to Hull and more extensive TV coverage,” he said.

“As MKM is a national business, about to open our 40th branch, that extra coverage will be valuable to us.”

Alanic Named Official Compression Partner of Basketball Australia

Basketball Australia (BA) have announced a new partnership with Alanic International that will see the Australian owned company become BA’s Official Compression Partner, servicing the Women’s National Basketball League and high performance programs.

Under the four-year deal, Alanic International will supply its next generation compression range – the Cloak Series – to WNBLclubs, the Boomers and Opals, Emerging Boomers and Emerging Opals, the Emus and Gems Under 19 teams and the Under 17 boys and girls teams.

Laserline Becomes Official Partner of BMW Berlin Marathon

Berlin printery Laserline has become the Official Partner of the BMW Berlin Marathon as well as other events organised by SCC Events.

The four-year partnership was brokered by the international sports marketing company Infront Sports & Media, which supports SCC Events in sponsorship marketing and media rights distribution for the popular marathon event in the German capital.

On 29 September 2013, the BMW Berlin Marathon will celebrate its 40th anniversary – the 40,000 starting places for this year’s event were awarded already a year in advance and within only a few hours.

As the Official Print Partner of the event, Laserline will not only produce the 100-page anniversary program with a print run of 80,000 copies, but will also print the certificates for each event starter – from young sportsmen to top athletes. With 40,000 marathon runners, 10,000 students in the mini-marathon, 2,000 Bambini and 8,000 Inline-skaters, more than 60,000 total certificates will pass through Laserline printers.

As part of the Official Partner package, Laserlinewill receive advertising along the route as well as in print and online event publications. This is further complemented with participant starting places and an extensive hospitality contingent.

Ford Renew FC Koln Premium Sponsorship

Ford-Werke GmbH, cialis order  a German car manufacturer and a subsidiary of Ford Motor Company has extended its premium sponsorship of FC Koln of Bundesliga 2. 

As a vehicle sponsor, Ford will supply players, coaches and management with cars ranging from Ford Kuga, Mondeo, S-MAX and Galaxy brands.

Ford will also have advertising in the stadium including the media areas. The partnership has been in force since 1994.

Schalke Partners with BAUHAUS for 2013/14 Season

German football club, seek FC Schalke 04, sales has announced home and garden specialist BAUHAUS as their new second level sponsorship partner, anesthetist replacing portal fluege.de for the 2013/14 season.

The sponsorship was secured by the club’s long-time service partner, Infront Sports & Media, who are also marketing consultants for BAUHAUS, and means that that the franchise will receive both a contingent of tickets and an advertising presence in the home ground.

Additionally there will be branded Cam Carpets next to the goals, along with other promotional displays.

CarCash Title Sponsor NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race in Ohio

CarCash has been announced as the  title sponsor of the inaugural NASCAR Camping World Truck Series race July 24 at the Rossburg, erectile Ohio track.

Biscuitville to Title Sponsor NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Race

Biscuitville has announced its title sponsorship of the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East race, now named the Biscuitville 125.

The K&N Pro Series East, NASCAR’s top developmental series, is making its first visit to VIRginia International Raceway (VIR) on August 23-24, with Biscuitville as the title sponsor.

In a partnership between two Southern classics, Biscuitville and VIR will host the weekend event featuring NASCAR’s rising stars. The race marks NASCAR’s inaugural appearance on VIR’s challenging 2.25 mile North Course, which includes 22 turns and 100 feet of elevation changes.

Leeds Carnegie Extend Deal with Shirt Sponsor Skelwith Group

English Rugby League team Leeds Carnegie have extended their sponsorship deal York based property company the Skelwith Group for the 2013-2014 Greene King IPA Championship season. 

The Skelwith Group, who own the Raithwaite Estate near Whitby, home to the luxurious Raithwaite Hall Country Retreat,  will once again be the main shirt sponsor of the team.

Tokyo 2020 Announce Two New Bid Partners

Tokyo 2020 has announced two additional Official Bid Partners have signed-on to support the Bid, bringing the current total of corporate partners to an even 20.

With the decision to host the 2020 Summer Olympics on September 7 in Buenos Aires the new partners will be a welcome boost to Tokyo.

The two new Official Bid Partners are Sega Sammy Holdings Inc., one of the world’s leading interactive entertainment companies, and Nippon Life Insurance Company, Japan’s largest life insurance companies.

Tsunekazu Takeda, IOC member and President of both Tokyo 2020 and the Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC), commented on the deal: “I am delighted to welcome SEGA SAMMY HOLDINGS INC. and Nippon Life Insurance Company on board. The record breaking strong corporate sponsorship programme is a testament to the tremendous potential to attract sponsors during the Games. Tokyo 2020 offers certainty in uncertain times for sport.”

The IOC Evaluation Commission praised Tokyo’s marketing programme in its report issued on 25 June. Tokyo 2020 projects will generate revenue from domestic sponsorship in a total of USD 932 million, with an additional USD 26 million for the Paralympic Games.

“Given the scale of the Japanese economy and the support for sport that has been demonstrated by the corporate sector, the overall revenue target is considered achievable,” the report stated.
