Glasgow 2014 Welcomes Kellogg’s as Latest Sponsor

With the Commonwealth Games just over a month away, organisers of the Glasgow 2014 event have signed another partner to their sponsorship ranks. 

Kellogg’s will be an Official Provider of Cereal Snacks for the Games. Kellogg’s will be an Official Provider of Cereal Snacks. Kelloggs’ cereal snacks include the Scottish best seller Rice Krispie Squares which is the number one cereal snack brand in Scotland.

As Official Provider, Kellogg’s will supply the Games with cereal bars from its popular Nutri-Grain range for the athletes and workforce.

David Grevemberg, Glasgow 2014 Chief Executive, said: “Kellogg’s is a household name and a very well-loved brand in Scotland – as you can tell by the sales of the cereal bars here. At Games Time it will be very important for our staff and volunteers as well as the athletes to keep their energy levels up and cereal bars will be a great way of doing this. Kellogg’s is just the latest partner of Glasgow 2014. In recent weeks they have partnered with Arnold Clark, Leith Group, Mondo, Famous Grouse, Technogym, First Bus and Heineken.

SAP Revealed as Host Venue Partner of Extreme Sailing Series’ Saint Petersburg Act

Extreme Sailing Series Technical Partner SAP has been announced as Host Venue Partner to the Saint Petersburg Act.

SAP became Technical Partner to the Series in 2012 and is also title sponsor of the Danish entry, cough SAP Extreme Sailing Team. Bridgestone Becomes IOC TOP Sponsor

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has today confirmed the Bridgestone Corporation (Bridgestone) has joined The Olympic Partner (TOP) programme.

The Japanese automobile manufacturer has signed an agreement through to 2024, anabolics and will become a Worldwide TOP Partner. The product categories covered by the agreement include: seismic isolation bearings, sale pills non-motorised bicycles, viagra buy and the full range of tyres manufactured by Bridgestone.

As a Worldwide TOP Partner, Bridgestone will partner with the IOC and all 204 National Olympic Committees and their Olympic teams.

Bridgestone will also partner with the organisers of future Olympic Games, including the Rio 2016, PyeongChang 2018 and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, as well as the 2022 and 2024 Olympic Games, the host cities of which have yet to be elected. Bridgestone will supply tyres and related services to support the transport operations at Games time, including the vehicles for the athletes, media and officials.

Little Debbie to Title Sponsor IRONMAN Chattanooga

IRONMAN has announced that Little Debbie snacks will be the new title sponsor of one of IRONMAN’S newest North American races — IRONMAN Chattanooga.

The inaugural Little Debbie IRONMAN Chattanooga triathlon to benefit the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America will take place on Sunday, allergist Sept. 28, ailment 2014.

Farmers Insurance Signs Hendrick Motorsports Partnership

Farmers Insurance, ampoule one of the nation’s largest multiline insurers, medstore has extended its sponsorship of Hendrick Motorsports’ No. 5 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series team for three years.

As the official insurance partner of the No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports team, sickness Farmers Insurance will be featured as primary sponsor in 12 Sprint Cup Series races annually, including the season-opening Daytona 500, and as an associate-level partner in all other events. The agreement covers the 2015, 2016 and 2017 seasons.

Kahne, 34, has been an integral part of supporting numerous Farmers Insurance community programs. During Teacher Appreciation Month in May, Kahne and the No. 5 team promoted the company’s Thank A Million Teachers national program, which was launched at the beginning of 2014 to recognize America’s educators. He also raced a special Thank A Million Teachers paint scheme and made appearances at several schools throughout the country to personally thank teachers.

Carcoons to Sponsor HScott Motorsports

HScott Motorsports announced today that Carcoons Storage Solutions (CSS) will sponsor the No. 51 Chevrolet SS driven by Justin Allgaier in this weekend’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Michigan International Speedway (MIS).

Willian to Endorse Guarana Antarctica

Brazilian and Chelsea forward Willian has signed an endorsement deal with soft drink manufacturer, Guarana Antarctica.

“I was 15 when I won the World Cup Guarana Antarctica in 2004. Was a very special moment. I took it to my life, like a dream to be able to return for the national team and now I am taking this opportunity,”  said the 25-year-old Chelsea, England.

Willian, who is part of Brazil’s squad for the World Cup, will appear in TV advertising for the Brazilian brand with some of his national teammates.

“For many years, Guarana Antarctica supports the new generation of Brazilian football and we are proud to have been part of the history of Willian. Retrieving images from the event, since I could tell the different abilities and willingness he had to become a professional player. We sure make you pretty,” said Thiago Zanettini, marketing director of Guarana Antarctica.

SKF Renews Team Penske Sponsorship

SKF has extended its partnership with Team Penske and will remain associate sponsor of the team’s entries in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS), sale NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) and Verizon IndyCar Series. 

A Team Penske sponsor since the beginning of the 2012 season, unhealthy SKF will continue to be a featured partner on the No. 2 Miller Lite Ford and the No. 22 Shell-Pennzoil Ford in the Sprint Cup Series, the No. 22 Discount Tire Ford in the Nationwide Series and the No. 3 Hitachi Chevrolet in the Verizon IndyCar Series. SKF will also serve as a primary sponsor for both drivers Juan Pablo Montoya at Michigan International Speedway on June 15th and Ryan Blaney at Talladega Superspeedway in the Sprint Cup Series in 2014.

Garmin Named Official Supplier of British Triathlon

British Triathlon have announced today that Garmin will be their new Official Supplier.

The relationship will provide British Triathlon’s World-Class Performance team with performance analysis tools that will enable athletes in both Olympic and Paralympic programmes to maximise their potential and continue to be the best prepared athletes in the sport.

The sponsorship will also see Garmin provide a 20% discount to all triathlon Home Nation Members on selected Garmin products, as well as providing a presence at the annual British Triathlon and Duathlon Championship events, starting with the British Triathlon Championships Liverpool on 10 Aug 2014.
