Puma to Supply Balls for Indian Super League

German sportswear brand PUMA has signed a deal with the Hero Indian Super League to become its Official Ball Partner.

PUMA will be providing match balls for all Hero Indian Super League football matches and also for the club warm up and training sessions. During the league, hospital PUMA will be providing branded ball bags for clubs, herbal which will be handy for storing training balls.

Medtronic Extends Deal as Title Sponsor of Twin Cities Marathon

Medtronic and Twin Cities In Motion, cialis the organizers of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon, today announced a five-year, $2.5 million agreement that will keep Medtronic as the title sponsor of the Twin Cities Marathon.

The deal will also include three additional Twin Cities In Motion events through 2020: the TC 1 Mile, TC Family Events, and TC 10 Mile. Additionally, Medtronic will continue to support the Medtronic TC Kids Marathon, a nationally recognized youth running program that promotes exercise, wellness and healthy lifestyles.

Chemist Warehouse Partners with Netball Australia

Australia’s national netball team have received a boost ahead of the Constellation Cup with Australia’s largest pharmacy retailer Chemist Warehouse teaming up with netball.

The partnership will see the company, with over 270 outlets nationally, join the sport for the next two years as an Official Sponsor of the Australian Diamonds, Real Insurance Netball Test Series and next year’s Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015, and as Official Category Partner of the ANZ Championship.

The Real Insurance Netball Test Series will see Australia host the second and third Tests of the Constellation Cup against New Zealand’s Silver Ferns in Melbourne (October 8) and Sydney (October 11) followed by a two-Test series against England in Bendigo (October 19) and Canberra (October 22).

The upcoming Test Series will be one of the Diamonds last international matches on home soil before next year’s Netball World Cup, which will see the top 16 netballing nations in world descend on Sydney’s Allphones Arena from 7 – 16 August.

Bath Rugby have announced that Olive Media, the award-winning global digital media company, have joined the Aviva Premiership team as an Official Business Partner for the 2014/15 season.

The partnership will see the international brand featured on the number patch of all the playing shirts, as well as advertising hoards around the Recreation Ground on matchdays.

Fiji Rugby Union Sign Coca Cola Deal

Fiji Rugby Union has agreed a partnership with Coca Cola Amatil Limited who will be the organisation’s official beverage and refreshment provider.

As part of the deal, Coca Cola will supply beverages and isotonic sports drinks to the national men and women’s teams and also for local key FRU tournaments.

The sponsorship includes the provision of sparkling beverages and powerade isotonic sports drink, powerade drink carriers, drink bottles, and drink barrels for all national teams, women’s teams, Fiji School Boys, in local camps and also at major FRU local tournaments.

Coca Cola General Manager Steven Jowell commented: “Our brands which are Fijian made, reaffirms our commitment to Fiji, ensuring all Fijian rugby players at all levels will engage with our top international brands to lift their performance on and off the field,” Jowell said.

Cadillac to Title Sponsor 2015 World Golf Championships Match Play

The PGA TOUR, on behalf of the International Federation of PGA Tours have announced today that Amercian car brand Cadillac will become the title sponsor of the 2015 World Golf Championships-Cadillac Match Play, in addition to its existing sponsorship of the World Golf Championships-Cadillac Championship.
As announced in July, the 2015 Cadillac Match Play will be played at TPC Harding Park in San Francisco on April 27-May 3.
“The World Golf Championships provide a global stage for the game’s highest achievers,” said Melody Lee, director of Cadillac brand and reputation strategy. “Expanding our World Golf Championships partnership to the Cadillac Match Play is a natural, as it is such a unique event, now hosted in the Bay Area, one of America’s most dynamic regions.”
In July, the PGA of America, the PGA TOUR and the City and County of San Francisco announced a partnership that will bring the 2020 PGA Championship, The Presidents Cup 2025 and the 2015 World Golf Championships-Cadillac Match Play to TPC Harding Park, a municipal course owned by the City and County of San Francisco. As part of the announcement, officials also revealed a new tournament date and format for the Cadillac Match Play.

Tourism Ireland, the official tourism promotion organisation for the island of Ireland, have agreed a marketing deal with Aviva Premiership team, London Irish. 

Tourism Ireland’s role is to grow overseas tourism revenue and visitor numbers to the island of Ireland. They devise and deliver world-class marketing programmes in over 20 markets across the world and work in close co-operation with industry partners in Ireland as well as with the travel trade, online operators, media, air and sea carriers overseas to encourage consumers to visit Ireland.

San Jose Earthquakes Sign Ovations Food Deal for New Stadium

Major League Soccer (MLS) team San Jose Earthquakes have announced today that the club has signed a partnership with Ovations Food Services for the team’s new stadium that will open in 2015.

Ovations Food Services is a nationally recognized food and beverage service provider to over 140 public assembly facilities across North America and a subsidiary of the sports and entertainment firm Comcast-Spectacor. 

“We are proud to announce our partnership with Ovations,” said Earthquakes President Dave Kaval. “Serving fresh, high quality food was extremely important to us as we move into our stadium and they are an ideal partner for our new venue. They have proven to be innovators in the food service industry and together we look forward to providing a fresh approach to stadium concessions.” 

The Earthquakes new stadium features numerous concessions locations throughout the grounds, including the largest outdoor bar in North America, a stand with over 40 varieties of beer on tap and a barbecue stand that will have onsite grills. Most of the locations are framed with reclaimed redwood to create a first class food experience. 

The concessions menu will include a variety of food options, including traditional stadium faire as well as innovative items that represent the local food culture. Additionally, as part of the partnership, the stadium will still feature a wide variety of gourmet food trucks that will be located in the Epicenter Fan Zone.

UFC’s Luke Rockhold Signs Endorsement Deal with adidas

Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighter Luke Rockhold has signed an endorsement deal with German sports apparel giant, herbal adidas. 

Rockhold is currently ranked as the No. 5 middleweight fighter on the official UFC Fighter Rankings.  His next fight is scheduled for November 8 against Michael Bisping at Allphones Arena in Sydney Australia.
