NTV-Plus Gets Broadcast Rights to Russian Premier League

Leading Russian satellite broadcaster NTV-Plus has obtained the rights to the country’s Premier Football League for the next three seasons.

Gazeta reports that the main matches will be shown on NTV, pills with the remainder being carried on a newly created channel named TV League.

NTV-Plus has also secured the internet rights to the league for the next three seasons.

Significantly, ed the rights are not exclusive and negotiations are still continuing with the state broadcaster RTR.
