WWE and ATRESMEDIA Extend Broadcast Deal

World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) has announced a two-year extension with Spanish media group ATRESMEDIA for their television distribution agreement.

The two parties first partnered in 2013 and an increase in ratings was one of the factors in the extension of the deal which will run through 2016.

“This agreement is a great example of the integrated approach we take with our partners around the world to promote both our television programming and live events to ensure significant growth of our brand.”
