WTS Becomes Exeter City’s New Shorts Sponsor

June 23, 2014

English League Two club Exeter City has announced WTS.co.uk as its newest major club partner, with WTS becoming both the main stand sponsor at St James Park, as well as being the new short sponsor for the League and Cup fixtures in this season.

Working out of their head offices in Exeter, WTS.co.uk has offices in London and Scotland and has in recent times been heavily involved in the London 2012 Olympic Games, including not just driver supply but accredited training as well.

Mark Jenkins, Exeter City’s Commercial Manager (pictured far right), said: “We are delighted to have Del Haggerty and his company, WTS.co.uk, as club partners and are looking forward to developing even stronger bonds with them over the coming years.

“We have always got along with them and remained in contact and both parties felt the time was right to take the next step and use Exeter City Football Club as a way to further develop the WTS brand. It is such a progressive company, a market leader and as a club we want to be associated with successful brands and people who we share a common vision with. WTS fits both of those criteria.”

Del Haggerty, the Managing Director of WTS.co.uk (pictured second right), added: “We are extremely good at what we do and are growing dynamically in the UK and abroad. We enjoy football, we know the business reach of Exeter City, we know the respect they are held in and also know the potential of the young players they are developing. We believe in growing talent ourselves.

“More importantly, we like the feel and ethics of the club and the friendly way it welcomes people. Its approach and values match our own and we are very happy to be associated in such high profile ways with the club. We are also looking to develop the relationship further over the seasons ahead.”
