WNBA’s Skylar Diggins Endorses Rockin’ Refuel

September 3, 2014

Shamrock Farms Rockin’ Refuel announced today that women’s basketball all-star, Skylar Diggins, is the newest member of Team Rockin’ Refuel.

In her second professional basketball season, Skylar was the league’s second leading scorer and was named “Most Improved Player” while being named to her first all-star team. A four-time collegiate All-American, Skylar led her university to three national championship games and finished as her alma mater’s all-time scoring leader – all while earning her degree in business management-entrepreneurship.  In 2013, she was selected third in the draft by Tulsa where she now continues her basketball career.

“I’m excited to join Team Rockin’ Refuel because it’s the healthier way to get the protein I need after working out,” said Diggins. “I love that Rockin’ Refuel is made with real milk – it tastes great and I know what I’m putting into my body versus other protein beverages that have a long list of ingredients I’ve never heard of.”

Diggins is the latest addition to Team Rockin’ Refuel, joining country music star Kellie Pickler, football star Patrick Willis, and elite triathlete T.J. Tollakson. As a Team Rockin’ Refuel member, she will be featured in a national advertising campaign for Rockin’ Refuel’s lean product line.

“We’re thrilled to have Skylar Diggins join Team Rockin’ Refuel. As a professional athlete, she knows high quality protein plays a key role in keeping her body strong throughout the season,” said Shamrock Farms Director of Brand Management, Blake Atkinson.  “Proper nutrition is an important part of Skylar’s game, and we’re proud to work with her to spread the message of a healthy, active lifestyle to her fans across the country.”
