UK Sport Receives 29% Increase in Funding by Government

UK Sport has been boosted by a 29% increase in funding given to them by the UK government as part of its autumn Spending Review.

The agency was fearing a cut to its budget but the government says it is committed to building “on the success of Olympic and Paralympic games at London 2012”.
