UEFA Slap Rapid Bucharest with Fine & Ban Due to Debts

Rapid Bucharest have been banned from playing in European club competitions for one-year after they missed a deadline to pay off debts.
The Romanian club, purchase who played in the Europa League this year, anabolics had a deadline of 31 March to clear their debts but failed to make the date.
Rapid will now be banned from the next Champions League or Europa League they qualify for within three seasons.
On top of the ban, they have been fined €100,000.
Rapid are unlikely to qualify for Europe this season as they are ninth in the Romanian Liga I.
