Just The Ticket! UEFA Signs Deal With SecuTix

UEFA has announced SecuTix, the global SaaS ticketing and audience management solution provider, as its ticketing software licence provider from 2018 until 2021.

European football’s administration body will handle all ticketing and hospitality sales through the system.

The three-year agreement will see the Swiss firm provide ticketing software for various tournaments including Euro 2020, Champions League & Europa League finals, Super Cup and the Nations League finals of 2019 and 2021.

The new multi-country tournament for Euro 2020 will see the SecuTix software significantly enhanced to support the complexities of the 24-team contest, which is being held across 12 venues in five different time zones.

The tech will handle all ticket applications, ticket lotteries, sales & payments for the general public, fans, sponsors and the wider football family.

The contract builds on the successful partnership between UEFA and SecuTix dating back to 2013, which included the provision of ticketing software for Euro 2016.
