Two Weeks To Go: iSportconnect Hospitality Masterclass Cleveland Cavaliers Join Lineup
January 22, 2020
It is now just two weeks until the iSportconnect Hospitality Masterclass, which will take place on Wednesday the 5th of February at Emerald Headingley Stadium in Leeds.
We can now reveal that Eric Clouse, Sr Vice President of Sales and Service at NBA franchise the Cleveland Cavaliers will now be joining us as a speaker at the event to provide his hospitality expertise to our delegates.
He joins a fantastic lineup, including Inter Miami FC, Everton FC, Virgin Atlantic, Rokit Williams Racing and more in what is set to be a great day of learning and networking between all of our guests.
Eric Clouse started with the team in 2011 as Manager, Business Development. Since his first day with the franchise, Clouse has left a positive and significant impact on the Cavaliers business, which is evident in his quick ascension through the ranks to his current role as one of the youngest members of the Cavs senior leadership team. Among his many duties, Clouse leads all suites and premium seating selling efforts toward the new Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse. Under his leadership, the premium seating and hospitality team generated over $315 million in contractual revenue of the $500 million overall contractual sales efforts. For the project, he has also played a principal role in the design and build-out of the five (5) new premium club spaces, two (2) suite levels and the eight (8) new public destination hospitality spaces that will be part of the renovated FieldHouse. In the community, Clouse is an active member of the Greater Cleveland Partnership LEAD Program, an exclusive cohort of emerging leaders that work together on initiatives to impact business vitality in Cleveland. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity to help redevelop housing on the east side, as well as with the Cleveland Food Bank to sort and package food for the less fortunate in our area. He is also a member of the board of directors for the Cleveland Playhouse in downtown Cleveland.
