Torino Goalkeeper Gillet Banned for Match Fixing

Torino goalkeeper Jean-Francois Gillet has been banned from football for three years and seven months due to match fixing.
The Serie A ‘keeper was banned by the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) who said he was one of 20 people punished for either violating the rules or failing to report attempts to fix games.
The games in question involve Serie B team AS Bari in 2008 and 2009.
Gillet was the Bari goalkeeper at the time and he denies the allegations against him.
