Tissot And International Cycling Union (UCI) Extend Partnership

The International Cycling Union (UCI) and Tissot announced the renewal of their partnership.

The deal secures Tissot, therapy one of the world’s largest producers of traditional Swiss watches, as Official Timekeeper and Partner of the UCI and its races, for a further six years. During this time, Tissot will continue to provide state of the art solutions with regards to timing, real time information, statistics and results, making the races that much more exciting to all the spectators. The multiple events include the UCI Road World Championships, UCI Track World Championships, UCI MTB and Trial World Championships, UCI Track Cycling World Cup, UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, and, in a new addition, the UCI BMX World Championships from 2012.

This year, the UCI World Championships will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark from 19 – 25 September. At this very high profile event, Tissot will be on hand to time all of the races. Organising these vital services and ensuring the smooth running of such an important event will give our customers and partners around the world an additional reason to be proud of their commitment to Tissot.”
