The Australian Open to Remain in Sydney for Another Eight Years

The Australian Open golf tournament will continue to be played in Sydney for the next eight years after the New South Wales government agreed a renewed deal with Golf Australia.

The new agreement means the Australian Open will be contested in Sydney for a minimum of six of the next eight years from 2016-2023.
