Overview:

– Review and make recommendations to improve the requirements and regulations of the programs and integrate the project plans to ensure the requirements of all relevant stakeholders are aligned for each program

– Establish with the different departments a panel of FIFA instructors for the different categories of the coaching- and medical courses

– Represent the Chief Technical Development Officer on different occasions

– Support the Member Associations Division in the delivery of the FORWARD program

– Review periodically with the departments the teaching materials and the programs used in the different courses and clinics conducted by his sub-division

– Support the Technical Study Group in the selection of match analysis teams for the different FIFA competitions and of the most appropriate tools for the match analysis

– Conduct a feasibility study on the need of creating a FIFA coaching license by analyzing and evaluating the actual coaching licenses delivered by the continental confederations

– Manage and motivate the Departments Coaching, Grassroots and Youth Development, Medical and Anti-Doping and the Technical Study Group

Requirements:

– Graduated from a football academy/studies in sports management, football coaching license is a must

– Minimum 7 years’ of experience in delivery of specific programs within international football environment

– English written and oral fluency; further languages a bonus

– Experience at executive level in an international company

– Knowledge of budgeting and account management

– Ability to take initiative and responsibility in projects according to the team’s needs
