Talisker Renews Title Sponsorship of 2013 Australian Masters

Leading premium drinks business, generic Diageo Australia, clinic through its Talisker brand has extended its deal as title sponsor of the Australian Masters in 2013

Minister for Sport and Recreation, cialis Hugh Delahunty welcomed the announcement, “The Victorian Government is proud to continue its support of the Australian Masters, which showcases the world’s top golfers such as Matt Kuchar and Adam Scott as well as Melbourne’s finest sandbelt golf courses to a global audience.”

On the announcement, Managing Director of Diageo Australia, Tim Salt remarked; “Diageo Australia enjoyed a terrific partnership with IMG last year and we are delighted to extend our commitment to Australian golf in 2013 through our premium single malt Scotch whisky, Talisker.”

“We were thrilled to see 2012 Talisker Masters champion Adam Scott win The Masters Tournament in April and wish him all the best in his title defence at Royal Melbourne this year.”

The Talisker Masters is sanctioned by the PGA Tour of Australasia and their CEO, Brian Thorburn added; “The Talisker Masters will accentuate two big weeks of golf in Melbourne, further enhancing the great tradition of the gold jacket.”
